We happily send members of Team Turn2 Marketing Concepts to all kinds of industry gatherings. Recently, Megan ventured to Atlanta and Philadelphia for admin conferences to expand her horizons. Not only did she learn from other top performers in our industry, Megan was also asked to speak at both events. “We’re all so proud of Megan for representing our company at these functions,” stated Dave, our firm’s President.
The conferences featured keynote addresses and breakout sessions on a wide range of topics. Two of the prime points of emphasis were cohesion in the interview process and the importance of selecting the right cultural fits when hiring. Among the engagement lessons Megan learned was the importance of sticking with new hires from day one through their entire development process. She explained, “I want to make sure every addition to our team has the tools he or she needs to thrive. I look forward to consulting with the new connections I made in Atlanta and Philadelphia as we continue building our team.”
